Want to make a referral?

Our referral process is simple, please email hello@redefineliving.org and a member of our team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

You will be sent a referral form and a brochure on request.

Once the referral form is completed a member of the team will contact the named professional or family member and have further discussions over the telephone.  As part of the referral process, we will conduct a risk assessment to ensure that we provide the best service for young people.

A visit to our homes can be arranged.
