Supported Living

Semi-independent accommodation service assists and supports young people on their journey to independence. The level of support provided will be tailored to the needs of the young person. 

We provide  2 & 3 bedroom houses for young people to share with a lived-in onsite support worker. Every young person will have a key worker and are offered one to one to support.
